The customer provides the design draft, or Xinxiang designs according to the customer's requirements and it requires additional design fee.

Transportation methods

Air express,3-5 days

Postal, 15-20 days

By Air(Customers need to clear customs by themselves), About 10 days.

After Sales Service

Shortage of goods

1. The number of goods will be confirmed before shipping to make sure there is no shortage. If there is any shortage hap­pens, we will first discuss with clients before shipping.
2. lf ok, then payment will be reduced and boxes will be sent
3. lf not ok, reorder from sales department will be place to the workshop and finish the production soonest.

Damage of goods

We can guarantee the goods in good on after our QC. But if there is any damage happened during transport, we can deliver the damage parts in next shipment.If the goods are damaged a lot. we will discuss it with the clients to figure out the reason and make amends.



Problem of goods

If there are some problems of the goods, we will provide the solution and keep following up.
